Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

Working triceps for 20 minutes. Gym was dead today which was SO SO NICE!

7.4 miles easy on the treadmill. I have a hard time running "easy" on the treadmill because I get bored so I added a few hill climbs to keep things interesting. I also covered the screen with my jacket so I wouldn't let it mess with my head. Weird how I prefer running slower and easy outside but on the treadmill it seems harder than running fast.

Anyway I'm off to Vegas this afternoon for Las Vegas Ragnar! I have a really easy leg and am just looking forward to having fun.

OH, I really like that race. It actually very pretty. I love when you are high up in Henderson at night and you can see Vegas, very cool.

HAVE A GOOD TIME!!!

Oh, and triceps for 20 minutes? OUCH.

Have fun at Ragnar!!

I'm with Kelli on 20 min of just triceps?!? YIKES!

I agree on the slow on the TM, it just seems to push out the suffering. Glad you got some hill climbs in to make it interesting. I like the TM at our rec center. You can hide the 'counter' part and just watch TV on the screen. Helps the miles go quicker.

OH, I forgot to comment on that TM thing!!! I am actually way slower on the treadmill, I have a hard time pushing anything longer than a minute.

HAVE FUN!
