Weights at home. I have been working late and hate crating my dog for too long so I will probably start doing this more often. 15 minutes shoulders, 10 minutes abs including 4 minutes of plank. Ran 8 miles on the treadmill with 6 half mile hill climbs at 3-3.5% incline. 8:00 AP overall. PM: 2 miles easy. Another gorgeous night. |
