I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. Nice workout. Mixing it up a bit on the treadmill makes it a little less boring, not to mention good for you! :)
