I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 14 miles with my friend Julia in Provo canyon, 9:35 AP! Windy and freezing for the first half but perfect weather for the second half. Great conversation and great recovery miles. Feeling good!
