I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 12 lovely miles in Provo Canyon with the JJJ's Janice, Janae, & Julia. 8:05 pace. It was a really pretty morning in the canyon with the fog. This lazy running plan I'm on is so nice and enjoyable. I may never attempt to run fast ever again!
