8 miles on the treadmill, 7:30 pace. 20 min wu, 12 x 1 min on/off 4 @ 5:56, 4 @ 5:52, 2 @ 5:49, 2 @ 5:45, cooldown. My treadmill told me I gained 655 feet in elevation today. Huh I don't really believe that but I've never seen a treadmill that tells you before so that was kind of cool. I kept the incline at 2% for all recovery and 1% for the workout.
