Track with Izzy. 3 minimally painful miles. :) Lot of icing, self massage, stretching, ect yesterday and maybe it's helping? I am still going to be smart and just stick to mostly cross training this week.

PM: Family track night. I biked 2 miles and walked about 1.5. My parents are in a competition to see who can get the most miles in this weekend. My Dad is at 10.5 (all walking) and my Mom is at 15 but she is counting her bike miles so I think it's cheating. Fun night with the fam! |
