Personal:
I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 6 miles easy along the typical loop. I was only planning 5 but had to wait for a train and decided to jog around while I waited instead of just standing there. Second day in a row that I have been too slow to beat the train.
