7.4 miles easy. My legs are fatigued from the Ragnar so I took it super easy today. I am going to take at least 2 more weeks off from any fast running.
I feel so strong right now and am running so well but I know I need to take a step back and be smart. I am signed up for AF half this weekend. My work sponsors it and I get in for really cheap, plus I chose it as a "key" race before I decided to jump in on Utah Valley. Anyway I will not be racing it. Just does not seem like a wise choice. My friend that is going for a sub-1:37 has asked me to pace him. If I am feeling up to it I will do that and use it as a marathon tempo pace workout. If not I will run with a friend that is going for sub-2. Either way I will not let myself race! |
