I am seriously having a love afair with my pillow this week. I just cannot seem to drag my arse out of bed. haha! Luckily I don't have to be to work until 9 on Friday and still got up with plenty of time for a good workout.
30 minutes weights at the gym working biceps & triceps.
Forgot my Garmin so I ran on the treadmill for the first time in like 3 weeks. It really wasn't so bad once I got going. 8 miles at 2% incline at an even 8:00 pace. |
