7 mile hilly route in Salem with Jen, 7:45's. Beautiful sunrise this morning. I really hope Spring is here to stay this time. My quads/hamstring were quite sore to start but I felt much better afterwards. I need to be smart and am planning to take it easy all week.
30 min weights, stretching & foam rolling. PM: SLC running company 5k with friends. 1 mi warmup with Josse and then I ran the 5K with my friends Janice & Candice, 8 min pace. So much fun and so glad I went.
