Treadmill workout - I guess I'm getting soft and pulled this wo inside because of weather. There was a lot of sweat involved with this treadmill workout, my gym does not turn the air on until 7am....such a nice relief when 7am hit! 2 mi wu, 3 x 1 mile repeats 6:12, 6:03, 5:56. 2 min active recovery in between each mile. .5 mile easy and then 6 x 1 min on/off 5:45 average, 3 min easy and then finished with 3 x 30 seconds on/off 5:35 average. 1.5ish cool down. This felt like a good workout for me but it was on the tm so I'm taking it with a grain of salt. 25 min weights - planks/pushups, upper body |
