weights & 57 minutes on the elliptical.
I am sore but not anymore sore than I have been after my other two marathons. I am sure that walking up and down stairs and carrying boxes all day Saturday and Sunday did not help and more than anything I just feel exhausted. My parents are finally moved into they're new house though yay!
Already plotting out my next marathon. The only way for me to get over a bad race is redemption.
