successfully came up with an excuse to skip my leg workout for the 3rd week in a row. :D Today's excuse was that my i-pod was dead and my bed was really comfy.
9 miles on the treadmill. I attempted some speedwork but just wasn't really feeling it. I ate like crud last night and my stomach was feeling it, ugh. I just decided to slow it down and take it easy. No reason to really push the pace during the winter "base building" phase. |
