I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. You were so sweet to me today. I really appreciate you taking the time and even inviting me to come run with you this weekend. You have got to the sweetest girl to invite me for yogurt and runs! Not everyone is so welcoming and inviting! I should probably go easy on my knee this week. Going to try and do 4 easy miles tomorrow. We shall see what that brings. Have a good day!
