Short-Term Running Goals:
My goal is to continue to enjoy running and maybe get faster a long the way! :)
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run until I am 100 years old!
Personal:
I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. Whoa I was all mixed up on my days. Anyway weights, 30 minutes elliptical, and 3.25 miles on the treadmill 8:55 AP.
I am definitely sore but running actually felt pretty good and hopefully by next week I will feel back to normal.

Oh I definitely do not feel good enough to run but I have found it is the only way to help me get over soreness. It seems to help get rid of some of the lactic acid build up that creates the stiff legs.

Good idea. I will definitely try this tomorrow :)
