Took the dogs to the track to do an easy workout and let them get some exercise. The plan was to run easy for 30 minutes. Again the track is the absolute worst place for easy runs and my last 2 miles were 7:10 and 7:11. That is fast for me. It was hot out too!
On a positive note my legs feel good considering yesterdays 20+ miler and all of the elevation change. My battle wounds from yesterdays fall are also surfacing. Bruises all over my arms and hips and a little bit of road rash. Man I feel like an idiot for falling and hope that my cut heals on its own without stitches. |
