Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

Slept in this morning and it felt good. he he!  Got to the gym in time for 15 minutes weights, 28 minutes elliptical (that has got to be a record) and 4.5 miles on the treadmill.  My legs needed an easy day after my speedwork yesterday.

I am planning to run 20 Saturday if anyone is up for an adventure.  Starting at the Hobble Creek golf course and running up to the start of HC half marathon and then back down with the race.  Should be fun!

PM:  3.25 miles easy.  Or at least it felt easy.  When I checked my pace I was suprised to see 7:30 AP.  Either this means that my fitness is getting better or I am really terrible at gaging "easy".

You are a machine! I am too much of a wimp to join you on Saturday. There is a slim possibility that I might run the race though so we will see.

It's good to give your legs a break every once in a while, and extra sleep is ALWAYS a bonus! This will help you run your 20 on Sat! Good luck!

Nice running. Gaging speed is something that I still don't do well, but having 7:30 feel easy is awesome, way to go!!!
