Lower body weights for 15 minutes. 3 sets of 12 squats with 25lb weight, and alternating lunges with 12lb weights.
3 mile warm-up at 8 min AP, 6.25 mile tempo 7:08 AP.
Time to seriously focus on my diet and try to lose 3-4lbs before I start tapering for STG.
