Personal:
I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. I had to be to work early for meetings this morning but was able to sneak away and run a quick 6 miles. Actually it was slow and took me 52 minutes. I did 5 minutes of abs afterwards.
