4 miles at some sort of tempo pace, 6:58
1 mile cooldown, 8:06 pace
The tempo pace felt much harder than it should have. I'm not sure whats going on with me lately but I just have no running mo-jo and am way content with running slow. Oh well I'm not really training for anything so I guess its okay to back off the speed for a while.
PM: easy run watching the sunset. It was way to gorgeous of a night to not be outside. 2.5 miles. |
