AM: 25 minutes weights/abs. My Healthy Habbits (extra) goal is 10 minutes of ab work a day. This has been tough for me but I can tell it is making a big difference. My core feels a lot stronger. Today I did 5 minutes of planks with 20 sit-ups in between each plank for a total of 80 sit ups. Wowza!
Ran 8.2 miles on the treadmill in 68 minutes. My legs felt really sluggish today. I tried a 15 minute threshold in the middle and felt fatigued the entire time so I took a que from my body and slowed down to an easier pace. I am running a half marathon this weekend so I feel no real need to push the pace. PM: 2 miles easy. |
