6 miles on the treadmill, easy peasy. I guess I'm ready to run a marathon on Sunday!! Pacing my friend to a sub-4 marathon. Any last minute pacing advice from the pros? We are shooting for negative splits. So starting at 9:05-9:10 pace for the first half and then 9:00-9:05 for the second half. |
