9 miles on the treadmill. I did 1 mile repeats. the fast miles were sub-7 minute pace. I felt pretty good and am really hoping I can hold a sub-7 minute pace for my 10k coming up. I was definitely feeling all the junk I've been eating in my gut towards the end. I need to get back on track with the healthy eating, |
