Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

8 treadmill miles.  I sprinted out the last 400 of each mile at a 6:45ish pace.  I felt really good today for the first time post marathon.

I have officially gained 2lbs post marathon.  Please tell me this is normal?  ugh so frustrating!!

Probably totally normal... same thing happened to me... I think its the body's way of trying to protect itself. Plus marathons make you hungry! :-)

Don't sweat 2 lbs. Pay attention to how your clothes fit, not the scale. 2 lbs is the equivalent of a 32 oz drink.

yup, I always gain 2-4 pounds week after a marathon. No worries, it takes about 10 days for me to get back to 'normal'.

Nice run on the TM. I like the idea of this workout. Give me something to look forward to every mile!

I've gained 3 lbs since the marathon! Totally normal :)
