Easy canyon canal loop this morning (with the Old Main Stairs - ouch). The wind was chilly, but the rest of the run went really well. No GPS, just went by feel. 36:30 total time.

At practice, we did 2.75 out at 8:00/mi pace, then 2.5 back at 6:20/mi pace, and a .25 mini-cooldown - all on the time-trail course. The tempo section felt really relaxed and fast, lots of fun! Then abs and ice and all that joyous stuff. (GT 416)

Hey thanks Ruth!!! I'm so excited that I get to go to state! All I remember from state last year was you running in the cold! That was so fun! Are you going to be there?
