Slow, stiff and tired miles today! Ran easy 5.5 to the Adventist place and back. Mostly I died and tried to sleep. It didn't work, but I'm done now and that's happy. I really need to sleep more. And do less crazy stuff. No, I like doing crazy stuff. But the sleep would be good. And getting my Garmin charger sometime soon. Oh well. (Adrenaline 288.1)

In the afternoon, Everett wanted to run, so we ran a mile. It took 9:30-ish. Not bad!

Crazy stuff like Indian Jones Marathons!!! And running around between movies! Sounds like you are having fun in Samoa.

Yes way! That was so awesome. And the leapfrogging! And roundoffs and scaring Anna and Ahlin to death and running on the not track! Good times.
