Hello......Remember me??? Im back on the Grid.....Hopefully! Last November/December I hurt my back so bad that I couldn't WALK for a week, then after about 3 months of rehab/chiropractor/steroid injections.... Im hopefully better! The Doc says I did TOO much after having a BABY! I know they always tell you to take it easy after having a baby, but stuff like that never applies to me.....RIGHT!!!! ( anyway, the scoop was that my stomach muscles were sooo stretched out, that my core wasn't supporting my back--guess thats what i get for having giant babies back to back!)....hee hee hee....love my little guys!
I have just been running about 2 miles a day for the last few weeks, today I made the BIG jump to 3 miles! Later went for a 10 mile bike ride with my hubby........It feels soooo good to do something and not just lay around the house! Im still taking it slow, I feel like I could do more, but this time I am listening to the dr and "gradually" increasing my activity! I have been keeping up on all your blogs, but have been a little jealous I guess to post anything! hee hee hee Tomorrow I am running with my Good friend Joelle and very excited to run outside!!!!! yeah!
