met cheri and ran 5 mile loop. I wanted to run a flat run today, sick of IT band issues. Butt sore for bike ride yesterday!
avg pace 7:45 Crossfit WOD 3 rounds for time: 25 front squats (20#), 25 jump squats, 25 wall ball squats (8#) with 90 sec rest I only did 13 on the first set cuz I came late.....but at least I went.....right!
