k, so on sunday my 3 yr old (who by the way is a very 'solid' 3 yr old) was flushing stuff down the toilet and i grabbed him out of the way...anyway, i did the whole 'bend and twist' thing and my back got really strained. Just my luck!
So since I have that half ironman this weekend and I actually want to finish, i have been doing some major resting. I didn't work this week at all. I sent my kids to the babysitter anyway, so I wouldn't have to lift them. I went to the chiropractor 3 times and also had a massage! Wow, I feel exhausted just re-cooping! Anyway, I have felt pretty good this morning. My back just feels a little tweeked now, so I attempted 3 miles on the TM and did pretty good! So, my plan this saturday is to just go REALLY SLOW (which won't be hard anyway!) & see how my back feels and just play it by ear....oh, ya and have fun!
Im not sure how it will go, since I have only done 3 miles.....but at least I know I can complete 3 miles of the 70.3......!
