Worked all day. Able to squeeze in Crossfit @ 5am before work WOD AMRAMP (28min)---I was able to do 7 rounds
8 double unders (unbroken) or 24 singles (unbroken)---I opted for the singles....trying to save my knee! 5 windshield wipers 8 Spiderman pushups then 3 rounds of-- knees to elbow, toes to bar, pull up (pull ups with blue band)
*this workout totally ripped up my hands from all the work on the bar. Thinking about getting gloves or something.....I just feel like a dork!
