Recently had a baby boy this year!!

Short-Term Running Goals:

Getting back into running since I had baby #2. Run injury free!

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Honestly I just love to run, and I hope that I can do it the rest of my life..until the day I die!

run up snow canyon. We meet earlier than usual today because of some time constraints with a running buddy. It was a little scary. There was a parked car at the top of snow canyon that kept turning on and off his lights. We thought he drove past us slowly as well, but we couldn't be to sure. I was really feeling the run today, but after scary creepo guy, we decided to run together..and almost jumped and hid in the bushes a few times.....strength in numbers!

I need to start bringing my mace!

Anji, please do not start thinking like Burt. It makes one wonder HOW Burt knows these things, doesn't it?? Personally, I think it was someone who was finishing up a hike and having problems with his/her inner dash lights or battery; I think it would be a pretty sad drug dealer or pimp who was sitting on the top of Snow Canyon waiting for a customer ...
