rode bike 45 miles around IM loop with Cathy, Tige and Gwen. They did a track workout before the ride, so I was able to keep up a little better! My IT band still kills, the free massage I got yesterday totally helped! I need more of those more often! Crossfit WOD 10 rounds of: 10 plank snatches both sides (10#) 10 spartan pushups (did they all unmodified until round 7)
150 meter run Got new shoes today! yeah. I ran in them at crossfit and then walked to park with kids at night
