met Heidi and Courtney at the track for speed work. I was a little late so I missed a few of the 200's (darn!)....i was busy putting bandaids on all my toes! 1 mile warm up 200m- 41sec 400m-1:26, 1:24, 1:25, 1:28 800m- 3:14, 3:13
800m cool down *had a massage on my quad/IT band today.....so awesome....it hurt SO GOOD! Tonight meeting with TRI club and swimming at sand hallow for 1 mile *Just 1.5 weeks till the Utah Half Distance Ironman......I keep thinking I am crazier and crazier everyday!
