Since I worked a long day and the Jazz were playing in a late game against the Clippers, following work I headed home and out for a late evening run with my walkman.  For this workout, I ran over to Big Cottonwood Park and completed twelve laps around the softball complex while listening to the Jazz win their ninth game in a row.  In total, I was able to get in 6.2 miles at an easy pace.

Also, for my non-running workout I completed my typical 300 sit-up and 30 push-ups.

Do you really have a walkman, or did you mean something a little more of this century???

LOL Kelli! Be nice.

I'm pretty much fed up with the Suns. They got my hopes up when they started out the season 17-3.

Benn--I'm consistent with getting in my daily sit-ups, now I just have to work on incorporating some other core exercises into my routine (e.g., planks).

Kelli and Burt--Absolutely LOL! For the record, it's a true walkman that plays tapes. I do have an iPod; however, it does not have a radio. So when the Jazz play and I'm running, I pull out the walkman. Yeah Burt, your Suns had a great start, I'm just hoping my Jazz are not repeating the mid-season winning streak of last year followed by the late-season slump that lasted through the playoffs.

Happy Running Bloggers!!!
