The last morning workout for the next couple weeks. They are shutting the doors and will reopen the 15th under new ownership with all new equipment and cardio machines and also totally remodeled. I can't wait I signed up today for the next year.
5 mile run after a long day at work. I was just pounding the pavement getting my miles in with no Garmin. What a way perfect way to end the day
