Hillbilly Runner

Easy morning run before church. No Garmin but my guess would be somewhere around an 8:00 pace give or take a few seconds either way. Great morning to run in the low 60's and sunny.......

It was so nice this evening I grabbed another 4 miles (7:45 avg pace)

Afternoon workout and run after work 80's and misting rain. I ran a hilly course tonight to get some hill work in.

Afternoon workout after work then I hit the trail for a little MTB'ing 12 miles. I got home mowed the yard, ate supper then me and my daughters boyfriend took a little 10 mile road ride "FUN" times.............

Had a nice ride to work in the morning then I rode to where Candy works after work.

5 easy miles in the rain. I love it !!!!!!!
