Kind of lazy from camping yesterday so I slept in and didn't run till after church!!!!

Afternoon workout and run after work 80's and sunny. I felt kind of sluggish and couldn't get it cranked up this afternoon.

Came home after work and got my yard work done before the rain moves in tomorrow then went for an relaxing run with no Garmin. Now my weekend is free to hit the trail or whatever else I want to do !!!!!!!! 

Afternoon run after work,another easy run without a Garmin < 8:00 pace then off to the movies with my wife. Wow what a "Fun" night. Can it get any better ??????

Not really a planned rest day but that's the way it turned out !!!!!!!

Squeezed in a quick run between working on problems with the house and spending time with my wife. You know even when things happen that you think are not so good GOD can turn them around into something "Good".  "WOW AM I BLESSED"
