Morning workout after work

Back to the gym for a 4 mile TM run 8:00 avg pace. Still working through the hamstring and other muscles being sore from not being use to the pounding but I'm getting there slooooooowly.

IJR Thanks but I'm not that far a head of you. This recovery thing is like a mine field some days are better than others. The main thing is we keep the process moving, If we stay with it we'll both be there one day.
