Morning workout and TM run. The plan was to wait till Friday to run again but the legs felt good and it was raining outside so I decided to run today on the TM.

Thanks IJR, it's hard to believe how hard it is to get this body moving again after a little time off. We got to keep pushing or they'll kick dirt in our faces.
