Nicely done my friend! My Daughter Brookie is getting into running and Bailey is 6 just did her first 5k! She had to have a piggy back for a couple of blocks but she did most of it! keep on running buddy!

I ran with Mommy and Benji around our park for one mile.  11:22, which is 45 seconds faster than on Thursday.  Must be the fancy new running shoes we bought.  They are awesome!!!!

Even though I didn't run for a long time I beat my brother.  And I beat my best time.  11:14 today.
