Haven't really been running like I ought to, no real miles since...fall 2009...I think. Anyhow, I'm from Hurricane, Utah, and I'm going to school at Snow College-Richfield to get certified for Auto Mechanics, just about done with my first semester. I'm starting training to run the 400 and 800 in the Utah Summer Games and get myself back in shape.
Ran out to thrill hill and went over the longer way, then went over and finished on the last mile or so of the fair run. Went relatively easy and felt really good the whole time.
