Well, it seems like injuries kick in more or less 2/3rds though a marathon training schedule. Everyone I know personally who's training for a spring marathon was out injured last week. Rooster with his foot, another friend with a heel, another with her knee and last week my left knee started playing up again. Rested it and today it felt good. Up GC and back along deer trail. I won't comment on how good it felt to run on trails, in shorts, in a T-shirt, in the sun because last time I did we got a foot of snow the next day.
