I've been trying to save myself up so I could run in San Francisco, well I headed out this morning and I just hurt, everywhere. I'm not sure what is wrong or how I let myself get so bad off but everything just hurts when I run, my feet, my ankles, my knees, my butt. I really took for granted when running just came natural. Jogged out to Pier 39 and ended up walking most the way back to the hotel.
This is going to be a long trip, my last conference with this company then I turn it all over to RAD's husband.
