It's going to be a rough running week, 80 degrees and 90% humidity at 5:00am, and the hotel gym isn't that much better. Ran 1 mile on the treadmill and thought I was going to passout so I just did the elliptical for 1 hour.
I just can't convince my body to run in the heat so I just did elliptical again. I feel wimpy about it but maybe I needed a few days off from running anyway.
