awesome run this morning, I started on the treadmill cause it was dark outside and I'm afraid of alligators.  Once it got light I went and ran the perimeter of the Shingle Creek golf course here in Orlando.  Absolutely beautiful out this morning, lots of birds and amazing sunrise.
