I'm way excited about my new system I have for my track team. I've come up with individual Running goals for them and have made sticky labels for them to wear on their shirts telling them the 100m splits they need to run to hit their goals. I've always watched Jr High kids run and they alway go out way too fast, die in the middle and then sprint to the finish line, I really want to teach them young that pacing throughout the whole race will give them the best result. Not sure it will work, but it's worth a try.
