Great treadmill run this morning, for some reason my legs felt completely pain free and fluid, I think the alternating bike riding is really paying off.

Now I'm at the airport on my way to Vegas for the day, Vegas is hard cause I can almost drive there in the same time it takes me to get to the airport, wait for my plane, wait for my bags and get a ride to the hotel.  But then I would have missed my run.

Plus, when you fly from SLC to Vegas, you actually go back in time.

Try telling the body that.. When I went to Oregon it was a breeze to adjust but not when I got back, I felt I had gone forward in time and aged twenty years just from only an hour lag..

In more ways than 1 Rob. Yeah, 10 hours of driving plus work would have been hard.
