I'll just call this week a recovery week. I got into Prague yesterday afternoon, slept OK on the plane but pretty out of it. Last night I went to bed at 8:00pm and drugged myself to make sure I slept through the night and ended up sleeping in until 7:00am, so I didn't have much time to run. Went down to the hotel gym and ran for 35 minutes. 8 Km in 35 minutes.
