5:00 am. Easy 5 mile run in 36:00 and then did 800 meters in the lap
pool. I got a quick leg massage last night and am feeling pretty
good. Tomorrow I'm going to go out pretty hard around 5:30 pace
for the first few miles and then just play it out from there. I would
love to hang on to 5:30 - 5:40 pace for the first 8 and then just try to
hang on to anything better than 6:00 as long as possible.
